The Future is Female: Developing the Next Generation of Athletes and Fans
When it comes to sports, there is currently a lot of emphasis on the Youth and Generation Z audiences. And while those audiences are absolutely critical as it relates to the long-term success of sports, there is a giant audience sitting in front of sports organizations that are waiting to be engaged within a meaningful way now: women.
Our thesis is simple:
Women as athletes continue to be underrepresented in media, sponsorships, and marketing. Women as fans continue to be overlooked.
